  • Executive Support

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.

  • Communication Management

  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.

  • Meeting Coordination

  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda, minutes, and follow-ups.

  • Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain filing systems and databases.

  • Liaison Role

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners

  • Event & Meeting Coordination

  • Support with expense reports, reimbursements, and other financial documentation.

  • Assist in project coordination and monitoring progress.

  • Track action items and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required.

  • Arrange meetings, conferences, and travel bookings.

  • Prepare meeting rooms and required materials.

  • Support in organizing company events and training sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • 1–2 years of experience as an admin executive or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
