We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase & Admin Executive to manage procurement, stock keeping, and ensure smooth delivery operations. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory levels, timely vendor coordination, and supervising backend operations.
Procurement & Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
Issue purchase orders and track deliveries.
Maintain strong vendor relationships.
Stock & Inventory Control
Ensure accurate tracking of stock (incoming/outgoing).
Monitor reorder levels and maintain buffer stock.
Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock arrangement and dispatch.
Logistics & Delivery Supervision
Plan and ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.
Handle logistics coordination and transport follow-ups.
Operations Oversight
Coordinate with sales and production teams.
Ensure internal processes run smoothly.
Maintain records and assist with admin tasks as required.
1–3 years experience in purchase/admin/operations.
Good knowledge of Excel & inventory systems.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving attitude and team player.
Experience in apparel/garment industry or similar manufacturing setup.
