Your primary responsibilities for Admin Assistant will include:
• Pantry & Consumables Management
• Material & Inventory Management
• Vendor & External Coordination
• Office Monitoring & Facility Upkeep
• Experience Center Coordination
• Administrative & Document Support
Additionally, you will also be required to handle Office Assistant duties, including:
• Maintaining agreement files, records, and stationery inventory
• Managing stationery stock and raising requisitions when required
• Scanning and archiving completed agreement documents
• Supporting desk agents with file movement and document handling
• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth agreement processing
• Maintaining possession-completed files and keeping them ready for submission to CIDCO Estate
