Position: Accounts Executive / Sales Support (Plumbing & Sanitary Industry)

Location: Chennai — Preferably with experience in Parrys Market

We are a leading distributor of Plumbing Pipes, GI Pipes, Sanitary Pipes, and Fittings, serving dealers, projects, and retail customers across Chennai and Tamil Nadu.

We Are Looking For:

✅ Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally or Zoho Books Accounting Software

✅ Knowledge in accounting, invoicing, purchase entry, GST compliance, and inventory management

✅ Preferably with Parrys Market Experience or prior exposure in Plumbing, GI Pipes, Sanitary Fittings Trading/Distribution

✅ Understanding of billing, product codes, and customer dealings specific to the plumbing industry

Job Responsibilities:

Managing Accounts, Invoices, and Day-to-Day Transactions

Preparing Product Codes and Price Lists

Handling Purchase, Sales Entry, and Payment Follow-ups

Coordinating with Customers, Suppliers, and Internal Teams

Supporting Sales Team with Back-Office Documentation

Preferred Profile:

Experience in Plumbing, GI Pipes, or Sanitary Ware Trading

Working knowledge of Tally Prime or Zoho Books

Parrys Market exposure will be an added advantage

Basic knowledge of GST & Stock Handling

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
