Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage office operations and coordinate daily activities
Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and asset management
Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
Manage travel arrangements, courier services, and office maintenance
Support HR in attendance, onboarding, and employee records
Accounts & Finance Duties:
Maintain daily accounting entries (purchase, sales, expenses)
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Manage petty cash and expense tracking
Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
Prepare basic financial reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Coordinate with CA/auditors for financial matters
