Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and supervise civil construction work at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, monitoring work progress, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with workers, contractors, and the project team.

Requirements

Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.

Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate with workers, contractors, and other site personnel.

Monitor the quality and progress of work.

Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources.

Report site progress and issues to the management.

Note: The position requires willingness to travel and work at outstation project locations/outside Kolkata.

Qualifications

B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or site supervision.
