About the Role

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team and help us design and execute functional, aesthetic, and budget-friendly spaces.

The role involves understanding design concepts, planning and executing layouts, selecting materials, supervising site work, and coordinating with vendors and clients. This position offers an opportunity to work on creative interior design and execution projects and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse architectural and interior design concepts and layouts.

• Understand design drawings, detailing, and site requirements.

• Source materials and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

• Visit project sites and supervise work as per approved design plans.

• Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and other site teams.

• Monitor the quality and progress of work at the site.

• Meet clients and understand their space requirements and style preferences.

• Ensure work is completed within the required timeline and budget.

• Coordinate regarding stone, marble, and other interior finishing materials.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or above.

• Experience: 0–2 years in interior design, site supervision, construction, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of interior design, detailing, and execution.

• Good knowledge of stone and marble is required.

• Basic understanding of materials, measurements, and site work.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

• Freshers with relevant knowledge and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
