Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance activities for stores.

• Conduct regular inspections of stores to identify repair needs and safety issues.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and civil works.

• Oversee store development and renovation work; ensure timely completion as per standards.

• Manage contractors, technicians, and vendor teams to achieve quality output.

• Maintain maintenance logs, material usage reports, and cost records.

• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and store operational standards.

• Respond to urgent breakdowns and troubleshoot issues promptly.

• Support setup of new stores, including infrastructure readiness and final inspections.

• Communicate with store managers and management regarding progress and issues.

• Ensure all work is completed within budgets and timelines.
