Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at our project site in New Raipur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil site execution, material management, and labor supervision to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities as per drawings and project plans.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.

• Maintain records of materials, labor, and work progress.

• Ensure quality control and safety measures are followed on-site.

• Assist in planning and scheduling work as per project timelines.

• Report daily site progress and issues to the project manager or senior engineer.

• Handle site-level communication with vendors and subcontractors when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building/construction site supervision.

• Good knowledge of site execution, material estimation, and quality standards.

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
