Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and workforce on site.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety standards.

• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and plans.

• Allocate tasks to workers and ensure productivity on site.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and resolve them promptly.

• Maintain accurate site reports, records, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Assist in material management, checking availability, and quality of supplies.

• Report project progress and issues to the Project Manager/Engineer.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in site reporting and documentation.

• Knowledge of safety practices and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience in residential/commercial projects.

• Familiarity with quality control and cost management.

• Strong organizational and team management skills.
