Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience

  • Handle sales transactions, billing, and cash/card payments

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory management

  • Receive, check, and arrange merchandise in the store

  • Ensure proper display of products as per visual merchandising guidelines

  • Monitor stock movement and report shortages or damages

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally

  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall store appearance

  • Support promotional activities and achieve sales targets

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines

  • Basic computer knowledge (POS, billing software preferred)

  • Ability to work in shifts and on weekends
