Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials as per purchase orders.
Maintain updated stock records in the system and ensure proper documentation.
Issue materials to site teams based on approved requisitions.
Ensure proper storage, tagging, and stacking of materials to avoid damage.
Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory levels.
Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project managers for material planning.
Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving materials and update the management accordingly.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store area.
Handle vendor material returns and record all transactions properly.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly store reports.
