Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Site Engineer (Solar) to manage and supervise solar project execution across multiple locations in India. The candidate will be responsible for installation supervision, quality assurance, and coordination to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise installation and commissioning of solar PV systems at project sites
Monitor daily site activities as per approved drawings and standards
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure adherence to safety and quality norms at site
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain site documentation
Conduct site surveys, measurements, and material planning
Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and commissioning
Ensure project completion within defined timelines
Support net metering and project handover activities

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical works
Ability to read SLDs and technical drawings
Knowledge of net metering process preferred
Good site management and team coordination skills
Strong reporting and communication skills
Willingness to travel across India
