Site Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily on-site operations for our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work adheres to blueprints, quality standards, and safety regulations while effectively leading and coordinating on-site personnel and subcontractors. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, delegate tasks, and organize work schedules for the team and subcontractors to meet deadlines.

• Implement safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and ensure proper protective equipment use.

• Monitor work quality and progress to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications.

• Efficiently manage personnel, materials, and equipment to control costs.

• Complete regular site reports and maintain accurate records of progress, attendance, and incidents.

• Act as the primary contact between crew, management, and clients, addressing concerns promptly.

• Identify and resolve conflicts or issues to prevent delays and cost overruns.

• Interpret blueprints and technical documents to ensure project specifications and building codes are met.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).

• Experience: 1+ year of relevant supervisory experience in the construction industry.

• Skills: Strong leadership, technical knowledge of construction methods/codes, excellent communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
