Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Site Supervisor to oversee our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

- Liaise with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders to resolve site-related issues.

- Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

- Provide support to the project management team as required.

Requirements:

- 0-06 months of experience in construction site supervision or a related field.

- Possession of a valid driver's license and a bike or car.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
