Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team at MSD Engineering to oversee daily site operations for Fire Fighting, Hydrant, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, and Pipeline projects. The role involves supervising manpower, ensuring work quality and safety, managing materials, coordinating with clients and site engineers, and submitting daily progress reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site work and monitor Fire Fighting/MEP-related tasks

Assign work to technicians, helpers, and electricians; monitor attendance and productivity

Check material and tools availability; prevent wastage

Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and PPE usage

Coordinate with clients, site engineers, and Project Incharge

Submit daily reports (manpower, work completed/pending, material needs, site issues, photos/videos, next day's plan)

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass; ITI/Diploma preferred

6 months–1 year experience in Site Supervision, Fire Fighting, MEP, Electrical, or Construction

Strong communication, team coordination, and time management skills

Details:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000/month

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday
