Our good-food ATMs are stationed in 40+ locations in Delhi NCR, Punjab & Bangalore including places like Amity university, Select City Walk, Worldmark Aerocity, Ambience mall, Max Group & Fortis group. We are also partners with food court aggregators like Smartq, Foodforum, Gokhanna. We have served 10 Lakh + orders and are on track to open 100 kiosks in this financial year. 

Role Overview:

The Expansion & Design Executive will be responsible for identifying potential locations for new kiosks and supporting the design and development of kiosk layouts. The role requires a combination of market research, site evaluation, and design capabilities (CAD-based) to ensure efficient and aesthetic kiosk setups.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Site Expansion

• Conduct market research and on-ground reconnaissance (reki) to identify potential locations for kiosk expansion.

• Evaluate footfall, catchment, competition, and commercial viability of potential locations.

• Coordinate with malls, hospitals, corporate parks, and universities for space availability.

• Prepare site evaluation reports and feasibility analysis for management review.

• Support negotiations and documentation for new location onboarding.

Kiosk Design & Development

• Create 2D layouts and basic 3D designs of kiosks using AutoCAD or similar design software.

• Develop functional kiosk layouts considering equipment placement, storage, workflow, and customer movement.

• Prepare technical drawings, elevation plans, and material specifications for fabrication.

• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines, operational practicality, and aesthetic standards.

Vendor Management & Execution

• Identify and onboard vendors for kiosk fabrication, signage, furniture, and materials.

• Coordinate with fabricators, contractors, and suppliers for timely execution of kiosk setups.

• Ensure quality control and adherence to approved designs during fabrication and installation.

• Maintain a vendor database for future kiosk rollouts.

Cost Optimization & Concept Development

• Work on cost optimization of kiosk structures and materials without compromising design and brand aesthetics.

• Explore innovative kiosk concepts, materials, and modular designs to improve scalability and efficiency.

• Suggest new kiosk formats and design improvements for different types of locations.

• Monitor budget vs actual costs during kiosk development

New Store Opening (NSO) Support

• Assist in planning and execution of kiosk setup at new locations.

• Ensure timely completion of fabrication and installation.

• Coordinate with internal teams for equipment placement, electrical planning, and branding elements.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & basic 3D) or similar design software.

• Understanding of retail/kiosk design and space planning.

• Strong analytical skills for location assessment.

• Ability to conduct market research and field visits.

• Good coordination and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field.

• 1–3 years experience in retail design, kiosk design, or store expansion preferred.

• Experience in F&B / QSR / Retail industry will be an advantage.
