We are looking for a Fresher Site Supervisor who can supervise and coordinate ongoing work at project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit and supervise the assigned project/site regularly.
Monitor the work currently in progress at the site.
Coordinate with site workers, contractors, and the internal team.
Ensure that the work is being carried out as per the required plan and instructions.
Keep regular updates on site progress and ongoing activities.
Prepare and submit a Daily Site Progress Report (DPR).
Report any issues, delays, requirements, or other site-related concerns to the management.
Maintain proper communication between the site and office team.
Ensure timely completion and smooth execution of site work.
Candidate Requirements:
Fresher candidates can apply.
Basic knowledge of site work and supervision is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel and visit project sites.
Responsible, active, and willing to learn.
