Key Responsibilities
• Project Execution: Supervise and manage all day-to-day construction
activities on-site, ensuring work proceeds according to the project plan
and schedule. independently manage and execute residential villa
construction projects from excavation to handover.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce stringent quality control
procedures. Conduct regular inspections of materials and workmanship
to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, technical
specifications, and safety standards.
• Quantity Survey & Estimation: Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from
drawings, estimate material requirements, and manage on-site inventory
to prevent wastage and shortages.
• Contractor Management & Billing: Oversee the work of subcontractors,
verify measurements of completed work, and certify contractor bills for
timely payment processing.
• Technical Coordination: Interpret construction drawings and
specifications, resolve any technical issues or discrepancies on-site, and
coordinate with architects, consultants, and the project management
team.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed site records, including daily progress
reports, safety logs, and material reconciliation reports.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize the latest version of AutoCAD to review
drawings, make necessary on-site modifications, and ensure accurate
execution.
