We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our team, to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor labour, contractors, and material usage.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Inspect construction quality and ensure safety compliance.
Plan and monitor project schedules to meet deadlines.
Verify measurements, billing, and work completion.
Resolve on-site technical issues and support project execution.
Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
1–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction drawings.
Strong communication and team coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
