Senior Interior Designer

Job Summary

Ready Kitchen and Consulting is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the planning, design, and execution of interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative design concepts, managing client requirements, coordinating with vendors and site teams, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements.

• Create detailed layouts, space planning, and design presentations.

• Prepare and review drawings, material specifications, and design documentation.

• Conduct client meetings and present design proposals.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site supervisors for project execution.

• Monitor project progress and conduct regular site visits.

• Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.

• Manage material selection, procurement coordination, and quality checks.

• Lead and mentor junior designers and support team development.

• Resolve design and execution-related challenges efficiently.

• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and project execution.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, and MS Office.

• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, furniture, and interior finishes.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

• Strong project management and team leadership abilities.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel for site visits and project coordination.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
