Job Description

*Senior Interior Designer*

Present the Interiors 5-Stage Roadmap to prospective clients.

Develop "Single Line Estimations" (SLE) and initial conceptual layouts to close deals.

Client Discussion (MOM) meetings, ensuring every decision is documented and signed off.

Assisting clients for selection of stones, veneers, hardware, and soft furnishings

Create and present "Physical Material Boards" that align with the approved 3D Rendered Views.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution matches the "Good for Construction" (GFC) drawings.

Manage the final handover, including the delivery of "As-Built Drawings" and the official Work Completion Certificate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Mastery: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray. Must be able to read and audit complex service drawings.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English
