Job Title: Sr Interior Designer
Department: Design Team
Reports to: Principal Architect & Interior Designer.

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with a strong understanding of design trends, materials, and spatial planning. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead and manage a variety of design projects, from concept to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to deliver exceptional, innovative interior designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design development of multiple interior design projects, from concept to installation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, vision, and requirements to deliver designs that meet their objectives.
Prepare mood boards, color schemes, layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
Develop and manage design presentations, including sketches, plans, and material selections.
Oversee the selection of furniture, finishes, fixtures, and other design elements.
Ensure that design solutions are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with project budgets and timelines.
Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support on design decisions and project execution.
Work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction and installation process.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and industry best practices.
Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the design process.
