Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts.

• Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, and construction documents.

• Create 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.

• Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements.

• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor.

• Visit project sites regularly to monitor execution and quality.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Mentor junior designers and support the design team.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

• Experience with V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion for visualization.

• Excellent knowledge of space planning and material selection.

• Ability to prepare detailed working drawings.

• Strong client handling and communication skills.

• Good project coordination and problem-solving abilities.

• Attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

• Experience managing turnkey interior projects.
