Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile General Coordinator to provide pivotal support to our management team, contributing to both daily operations and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills. The successful candidate will not only manage traditional administrative tasks but also actively participate in market research, prepare insightful reports, and efficiently manage and conduct meetings on behalf of managers, ensuring smooth information flow and effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Management: Provide essential administrative support, including calendar management and organizing documents.
Research & Insights: Conduct market research and use your analytical skills to gather data and prepare clear summaries.
Create Presentations: Develop impactful presentations on behalf of managers, ensuring key messages are clear and visually engaging.
Manage Meetings: Efficiently manage and participate in meetings, including scheduling, taking minutes, and tracking action items. You'll also represent managers in routine meetings when needed.
Communicate Effectively: Handle internal and external communication with your excellent communication skills, ensuring smooth information flow.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a coordinator or executive support role.
Proven ability in market research, data analysis, and creating presentations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
