Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural and interior design development process from concept to completion.

• Prepare and oversee detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and presentations.

• Coordinate with Site engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and execution.

• Ensure projects meet all building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design or technical issues during construction.

• Guide and mentor junior architects and designers, ensuring high standards of work.

• Manage client relationships, understanding their vision and translating it into effective design solutions.

• Stay current on trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and interior design.
  
  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

  • 2+ years of professional experience in architecture and interior design, with a portfolio of completed interior architecture projects.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.

  • Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, furniture layout, lighting, and space planning.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
