Job Description:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, with 8-10 years of experience in relevant field.
2. Ability to handle large-scale projects independently and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
3. Have the capability to lead a team, mentor junior architects, and foster collaboration.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
5. Fully conversant with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
6. Develop concept sketches, 2D/3D models, and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
7. Prepare detailed architectural drawings and coordinate with structural drawings to ensure cohesive and structurally sound designs.
8. Proficiency in latest architectural softwares and integrate new technologies into project workflows.
9. Support growth by identifying new opportunities and representing the firm.
