 Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
 Experience: Minimum 5 years

Mandatory Requirement:

●       Experience in high-rise building projects is a must.

●       Candidates must be available for an in-person interview in Pune.

Roles and Responsibilities:

●       Lead and manage architectural design for high-rise residential and commercial projects from concept to execution

●       Supervise and coordinate with a team of junior architects, interior designers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of project stages.

●       Prepare detailed architectural drawings, BOQs, layouts, working drawings, and presentation sets using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.

●       Collaborate with clients, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals

●       Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality control, and design implementation.

●       Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, by-laws, and safety regulations.

●       Review and approve architectural plans and resolve any technical issues on-site.

●       Drive design innovation and integrate sustainable practices and materials in architectural solutions.

●       Participate in client presentations, design discussions, and project review meetings.
