Job Title: Architect / Architectural Designer

Department: Architecture

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Years

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

Software Proficiency:

• AutoCAD

• SketchUp

• V-Ray

• 3ds Max

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural designs and detailed planning solutions.

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations in line with project requirements for presales.

• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct daily production visits to prepare target sheets and oversee on-site activities, ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained.

• Review and interpret MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings for integration with architectural plans.

• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and perform accurate quantity take-offs for architectural and interior works.

• Assist in cost estimation, material planning, and budget tracking based on BOQs.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation efficiently.

• Excellent project coordination and communication skills

• Practical knowledge of site execution and supervision

• Understanding of construction methods and materials

• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
