Job Summary: 

 
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Space Planner with strong experience in office space projects and exposure to large-scale developments such as Tech Parks and IT campuses. The candidate must be excellent in fast and accurate 2D drafting, space planning, zoning, site validation, Client Handling, and material selection.  

Key Responsibilities: 

🔹 Fast & Accurate 2D Drawing 

• Prepare high-quality, quick turnaround 2D drawings including: 

• Concept layouts 

• Furniture layouts 

• Partition layouts 

• Ceiling and lighting layouts 

• Flooring layouts 

• Detailed working drawings 

• Ensure drawings are execution-ready and meet project deadlines. 

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with speed and accuracy. 

🔹 Detailed Drawings & Site Validation 

• Conduct site visits for proper measurements. 

• Coordinate with site teams to resolve design-to-site discrepancies. 

• Ensure drawings match actual site conditions before execution. 

🔹 Zoning & Space Planning 

• Perform efficient zoning considering: 

• Vaastu principles 

• Passage and circulation planning 

• Toilet placement and planning 

• Fire exits and safety compliance 

• Functional adjacencies 

• Optimize space utilization for large commercial floors and buildings. 

🔹 Material Selection & Mood Boards 

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and color palettes. 

• Prepare mood boards and sample presentations. 

• Ensure material choices align with client branding, durability, and budget. 

🔹 Office & Tech Park Experience 

• Handle large floor plates, multi-floor projects, and high-density workspaces. 

• Understand corporate standards and space efficiency norms. 

• I worked on projects involving IT parks, tech parks, corporate campuses, and large office buildings. 

🔹 Coordination with Internal Teams 

• Coordinate with: 

• Design team 

• Project managers 

• Site engineers 

• MEP and procurement teams 

• Ensure design feasibility and smooth execution. 

🔹 Client Coordination 

• Maintain client presentations and layout discussions. 

• Incorporate client feedback and revise drawings accordingly. 

• Ensure timely closure of layouts and approvals. 

🔹 Compliance & Standards 

• Ensure all designs adhere to: 

• Fire & safety norms 

• Building regulations 

• Corporate office standards 

• Accessibility guidelines 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering. 

• Mandatory experience in: 

• Large building projects 

• Tech parks / IT campuses / corporate parks 

• Strong proficiency in: 

• AutoCAD (mandatory) 

• 3DsMax / V-ray & Corona for Rendering knowledge is an advantage

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
