About Inches N Feet

Inches N Feet is an architecture and design development firm working on high-quality projects with an international focus. We are looking for a Senior Architect who can combine strong architectural design skills with hands-on Revit expertise, client communication, and team leadership.

This is a managerial-level role suited for an Architect who is ready to take ownership of projects, lead a team, interact directly with clients, and coordinate across multiple disciplines.

What You Will Do

Architectural Design

• Lead architectural design development from concept through detailed design and documentation.

• Develop design solutions based on project requirements and client expectations.

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, models, presentations, and construction documentation.

• Demonstrate strong design thinking and architectural judgement.

• Maintain quality and consistency across project deliverables.

Client Management

• Attend and independently participate in client meetings – mandatory.

• Present design proposals and architectural solutions to clients.

• Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.

• Manage client feedback, revisions, and design coordination.

• Handle communication across multiple client projects.

Team Leadership

• Lead and coordinate a team of minimum 4 members.

• Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Review drawings and models prepared by team members.

• Provide technical and design guidance to junior architects.

• Resolve day-to-day design and coordination issues within the team.

• Maintain effective communication and information flow within the team.

Multidisciplinary Coordination

• Coordinate architectural work with MEP, structural, and other disciplines.

• Identify and resolve interdisciplinary coordination issues.

• Participate in coordination meetings and follow up on action items.

• Ensure architectural deliverables are coordinated and technically sound.

Revit – Mandatory

Strong hands-on Autodesk Revit experience is essential.

You should be comfortable with:

• Architectural modelling

• Revit schedules

• Basic project modelling and model management

• Family creation and editing

• Sheet creation and management

• Visibility/Graphics settings

• View templates

• Filters

• Design Options

• Model and drawing coordination

• Reviewing and maintaining Revit models

This is a hands-on Revit role. Candidates who only manage or review Revit work without practical modelling experience may not be suitable.

What We Are Looking For

• B.Arch or M.Arch – mandatory.

• 3–5 years of professional architectural experience.

• Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

• Proven architectural design and documentation experience.

• Strong design portfolio.

• Experience participating in client meetings and client-facing discussions.

• Experience coordinating a team of 4 or more members.

• Experience coordinating with MEP, structural, and other consultants.

• Strong verbal and written English communication.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred

• Experience with U.S.-based or international residential projects.

• Familiarity with U.S. architectural standards and documentation.

• Previous experience as a Senior Architect, Project Architect, Lead Architect, or equivalent.

• Experience working in BIM-based project delivery environments.

Candidates from Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Structural Engineering, Diploma, BIM-only, or other non-Architecture backgrounds are not eligible for this position.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
