Senior Architect

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Architect with Hospital/healthcare planning experience to join our

team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and

structures that are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with clients,

engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design and develop building projects from concept through completion.

 Team Handling

 Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software.

 Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and budgets.

 Conduct site evaluations and assess environmental impact of designs.

 Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.

 Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, and other consultants.

 Review and approve construction documents and specifications.

 Monitor project progress, including site visits and contractor meetings.

 Incorporate sustainable and green building practices into designs.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

 Professional architect license (RA or equivalent) [required/preferred].

 [5+] years of relevant architectural design and project management experience.

 Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

 Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainability principles.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

 Ability to work both independently and in collaborative team environments.
