Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architect with strong experience in high-rise residential projects. The role involves managing architectural design from concept to execution, preparing approval and construction drawings, and coordinating closely with consultants, site teams, and authorities to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs for high-rise residential buildings from concept to construction stage

• Prepare and review concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed working drawings

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and façade consultants

• Handle authority approval drawings and liaise with local bodies (BBMP/BDA/Fire/Environmental approvals)

• Ensure designs comply with local building bye-laws, NBC, RERA, and fire norms

• Conduct regular site visits to resolve design issues and support execution teams

• Coordinate with project managers, QS, MEP, and site engineers for smooth execution

• Review shop drawings and materials for architectural compliance

• Support value engineering and design optimization without compromising quality

• Mentor junior architects and draughtsmen as required

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in High-Rise Residential Projects

• Excellent knowledge of working drawings & construction detailing

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

• Working knowledge of Revit Architecture / BIM

• Familiarity with approval processes & authority submissions

• Good understanding of site execution and coordination

• Strong communication and coordination skills

Software Skills

• AutoCAD – Mandatory

• Revit Architecture / BIM

• SketchUp / Lumion / 3Ds Max – Added advantage

• MS Office

Qualification

• B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) / B.E. Tech/ Civil

• COA registration preferred

Experience Requirement

• 8+ years of relevant experience

• Minimum 5-7 years hands-on experience in high-rise residential buildings

• Experience with real estate developers / construction companies preferred

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
