Are you passionate about shaping sustainable and impactful spaces? We’re looking for a Senior Architect to lead and execute large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects — from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do:

Lead master planning, design & execution of authority-approved projects.

Ensure compliance with local zoning and building regulations.

Coordinate with government bodies for approvals & NOCs.

Integrate infrastructure and sustainable design solutions.

Guide & mentor junior team members to deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For:

B.Arch / M.Arch with 3–5+ years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of DDA, LDA, HUDA, YEIDA, GNIDA, NOIDA & NBCC guidelines.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & visualization tools.

Excellent leadership, communication & coordination skills.

COA registration is a must.
