Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead the planning, design, coordination, and execution of residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, coordinating with consultants, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting the project execution team to deliver high-quality developments within timelines and budgets. The role requires strong coordination with structural, MEP, liaison, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Handling project feasibility, liaisoning, DC Rules, Budgeting, space planning, statutory compliance, and coordination with government departments and regulatory authorities.
Develop conceptual layouts, schematic designs, and detailed architectural drawings
Prepare and review working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction details.
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior, and Façade consultants.
Ensure architectural drawings comply with local building by-laws, DCPR/RERA regulations, fire norms, and company standards.
Conduct site visits to monitor architectural execution and resolve design-related issues.
Review drawings, material samples, and architectural submissions.
Coordinate with the Planning, Projects, CRM, Sales, and Liaison teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in project feasibility studies, FSI calculations, and optimization of layouts wherever required.
Monitor architectural quality, finishing standards, and design consistency during execution.
Prepare presentations, design reports, and project documentation for management approvals.
Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project cost without compromising quality.
Attend project review meetings and provide technical guidance to site teams.
Ensure timely issuance and revision of drawings as per project requirements.
Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and architectural documentation.
Mentor junior architects and CAD draftsmen when required.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of architectural planning and construction detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Understanding of DCPR, NBC, RERA, Fire Safety Norms, and local building regulations.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Good understanding of construction methodology and site execution.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong presentation and documentation skills.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) Mandatory
COA (Council of Architecture) Registration preferred.
Additional certification in BIM/Revit will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
5-6 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate projects.
Experience in high-rise buildings, township projects, or redevelopment projects will be preferred.
Exposure to consultant coordination, statutory approvals, and site execution.
