·         Team player & capable of handling team of 5-6 members efficiently, Capable of preparing working drawings & detail drawings for execution,

·         Proactive with Excellent communication & management skills,

·         Have good working knowledge of current materials, prices, able to work on & check BOQ.

·         Attend regular site & client meetings.

·         Assignments require independent action & decision making as well as ability to work with others.

·         May have regular interface with clients & consultants.

·         May assist in work Planning & scheduling processes.
