Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Senior Architect to join our team at Adii Vastu in Goregaon, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design and execution, with a strong understanding of MCGM, UDCPR, and DCR building regulations. The role requires working closely with clients, leading project discussions, delivering impactful presentations, and coordinating with consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
Prepare and review 2D and 3D designs for residential and commercial projects.
Ensure designs comply with MCGM, UDCPR, and DCR guidelines.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions with confidence and professionalism.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform regular site visits to monitor execution and resolve design-related issues.
Guide junior architects and draftsmen while maintaining project quality and timelines.
Collaborate with the design team to deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
Strong knowledge of MCGM, UDCPR, DCR, building approvals, and construction documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, and SketchUp.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
