Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect to lead and manage complex architectural projects from conception through to completion. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong design sensibility, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of architectural practices and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring design excellence, adherence to timelines, and budget compliance.

• Design Development: Oversee the development of design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.

• Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and reviews to ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• 5–10 years of professional experience in architecture, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
