Position Summary:
We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic candidate to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support smooth office functioning. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who can multitask effectively and thrive in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage regular office activities
Handle reception duties and assist visitors courteously
Guide customers and guests to the relevant departments or team members
Arrange procurement of office materials and equipment
Monitor office maintenance and ensure workplace upkeep
Manage administrative work including calls, emails, and documentation
Supervise housekeeping and office support services
Maintain employee attendance and records
Assist in improving office workflow and operational efficiency
Work on ERP systems, customer support tasks, and documentation processes
Handle petty cash tracking and expense records
Maintain and update client and project status reports
Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office; ERP knowledge will be an added advantage
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setup
