· Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.
· Present product features, advantages, and benefits to potential clients through effective sales presentations and demonstrations.
· Co-ordinate and deliver customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements and budget constraints.
· Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products, addressing any client concerns or issues throughout the sales process.
· Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
