Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings.
Prepare BOQs for civil and interior works.
Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.
Review contractor/vendor quotations and compare commercial proposals.
Verify contractor bills against actual site measurements.
Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.
Track project costs and identify variations.
Prepare variation statements and additional work estimates.
Coordinate with project, design, procurement, and site teams.
Maintain project-related commercial documentation.
Assist in rate analysis and final account settlement.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and estimation.
Experience in civil and interior works.
Good understanding of BOQ, billing, measurements, and rate analysis.
Ability to read architectural/interior drawings.
Good Excel and documentation skills.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
