Key Requirements
Qualification: B.E. in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Quantity Surveying
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience and industry standards

Role Overview
Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs (MEP and Civil works)
Manage budgeting, cost control, and bid compilation
Handle subcontractor management, prequalification, and tendering
Draft and negotiate tender documents and contract agreements
