1. Project Planning & Design

4. Legal & Compliance Support

   • Assisting in land measurement and property demarcation.

   • Coordinating with municipal authorities for approvals.

   • Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.

5. Maintenance & Facility Management

   • Planning drainage, water supply, and electrical layouts.

   • Handling repairs, renovations, and structural audits.

6. Client & Investor Coordination
