Purchase Manager

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the purchase function across all Ten 11 verticals (Lounge, Infra, Projects).

• Build vendor partnerships with cost, quality, and delivery advantages.

• Oversee BOQ, price negotiation, rate contracts, and vendor performance.

• Monitor purchase executives across locations and validate documentation.

• Work with HO Projects Team on new location setups, vendor sourcing, and fit-outs.

• Introduce procurement SOPs and optimise inventory control systems.

• Liaise with Accounts and Legal for contracts and payment cycle discipline.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
