Purchase Executive

We are urgently looking for a Project Manager with experience in construction, interior fit-out, or civil projects.
Location: Kamothe, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 2–4 Years
Work from office.

Candidates with Architect/Interior Design industry experience only can apply.

Please note: Candidates with Back office, Admin experience are not match to our requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute interior turnkey projects from planning stage to final handover.
Supervise and coordinate site teams including engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Plan manpower, materials, equipment and site resources efficiently.
Monitor project budgets, cost control, and procurement planning.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams.
Review technical drawings and ensure correct execution on site.
Manage project documentation, billing, progress reports and project close-out reports.Track project schedules and resolve site issues or escalations.
Ensure proper coordination between different technical services.
Proficiency in Excel / ERP

Technical Knowledge Required :
The candidate should have strong working knowledge of the following: Civil and Structural Work Interior Fit-Out Works Electrical Systems HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning)Fire Fighting Systems Networking & Data Cabling Plumbing and Sanitary Systems False Ceiling, Flooring, Carpentry, and Finishing Works MEP Coordination.
