  • Taking quotations from suppliers

  • Comparing rates and preparing comparison sheets

  • Negotiating price, payment terms, and delivery schedule

  • Preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (PO)

  • Follow-up for material delivery

  • Checking material quality and quantity with store/site team

  • Coordinating with accounts for payment processing
