We are looking for a Job in Apartment Supervisor / Site Supervisor to join our team Company Name : G.L Projects .The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an In-Hand Salary of Rs 20,000 - 25,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Create architectural / interior design concepts and layouts.
Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.
Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.
Visiting all the apartments for building activities and work.
Two wheeler is required.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification - 12th Pass / Diploma in Civil Engineering and Experience Range in 1 - 2 Years .
