About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of interior and civil projects. The candidate will coordinate with site teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution within timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work execution as per drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams at site

• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager

• Ensure timely completion of projects within approved timelines

• Maintain quality standards and ensure proper finishing work

• Verify measurements, material usage, and site requirements

• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company standards

• Handle site-related issues and coordinate resolutions efficiently

• Maintain daily progress reports, attendance, and site documentation

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material availability

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks

• Support project handover and snag closure activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• Good understanding of interior fit-out and civil execution processes

• Ability to read drawings and coordinate execution accordingly

• Strong communication and team coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred

• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in commercial interiors, retail, office fit-outs, or turnkey projects

• Strong vendor and contractor coordination abilities

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required

• Ability to independently handle site execution activities
