Project Manager

Objective: As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality office interior and commercial fit-out projects.

• Ensure the timely, cost-effective, and quality completion of all assigned projects.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the client, consultants, designers, and contractors throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects for corporate and commercial spaces.

• Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and vendors to ensure smooth project progress and communication.

• Lead project teams, strictly monitor schedules, manage budgets, and enforce high quality standards on-site.

• Prepare, review, and finalize Bills of Quantities (BOQs), detailed project timelines, and comprehensive progress reports.

• Ensure rigorous adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on all sites.

• Handle client meetings, deliver presentations, and provide regular project updates utilizing strong communication skills.

• Identify potential project risks, develop effective mitigation strategies, and ensure the successful, on-time project handover.

• Manage key vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes for all materials and services.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 5–6 years of proven experience managing office interior projects or commercial fit-outs.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of interior materials, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordination, and site execution processes.

• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (preferred).
