Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager from the Interior Design or similar industry to oversee and manage multiple residential and commercial interior projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, an eye for design execution, and the ability to coordinate efficiently between clients, designers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple interior sites simultaneously from execution to handover.

• Lead and guide a team of Site Supervisors, ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.

• Coordinate with the Design and Procurement teams to ensure seamless execution as per design intent.

• Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-ground challenges, and maintain quality.

• Communicate effectively with clients for project updates, changes, and approvals.

• Track budgets, manage vendor coordination, and control project costs.

• Prepare and present weekly progress reports to management.

• Ensure compliance with all company and safety protocols at the site.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in managing interior fit-out projects.

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of drawings, materials, BOQ, and site execution.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
